Description

Pre-Solicitation Notice issue date: 14 December 2011 Solicitation issue date: 29 December 2011 Response Date: 13 January 2012 RFQ#: FA8101-12-Q-0006 PR#: F3Y0AF1318A001 Description: Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, parts, materials and transportation and incidentals necessary to lease the VITROS 250 CHEMISTRY ANALYZER in support of the 72 Medical Group at Tinker AFB, OK. Solicitation will be for a Firm Fixed Price, Sole-Source, service contract. Qualified source is: Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics, Inc. Mandatory Language: The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within thirty days (30 days) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
