- NSN: 3110-00-426-7933, Bearing, Roller, Cylindrical, In Accordance with QAP 13873 QAP-B03, Amendment B, Dated 09 December 11, Configuration Controlled to Sikorsky Aircraft Corp (CAGE CODE 78286), and Approved Source of Supply: McGill MFG (CAGE CODE 92563). Inspection and Acceptance is at Origin and FOB Destination. Requested delivery is 176 Days ARO. This NSN is Configuration Controlled, Critical Application, and Higher Level Contract Quality and Assurance, Flight Safety Critical, Critical Safety Item (CSI), and Government Product Verification. End Item Description: AIRCRAFT, HERCULES C-130, AIRCRAFT, GALAXY C-5, MISSILE, PATRIOT, AIRCRAFT, HERCULES C-130F, AIRCRAFT, HERCULES KC-130, and AIRCRAFT, SOF (AC-130H, MC-130H, EC-130E, HC-130, MC-130W). Item is a Critical Safety Item (CSI) per SAP on December 13, 2011. In addition, reverse auctioning clause 52.215-9023 will not be included in the solicitation. Surge and Sustainment does not apply. DFARS Clause 252.225.7016 will apply. Procurement is DLA Direct (Stock). Request For Proposal (RFP) will result in a Long Term Contract (LTC) and Contract Type is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with One Base Year and Four Options Years (Base plus Option Years are 12 months each). The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity is 20 each, Minimum Stock Delivery Order Quantity is 20 each, Maximum Stock Delivery Order Quantity is 36 each, Estimated Annual Demand Quantity is 36 each, and the Maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 72 each. This RFP will be solicited as Unrestricted with Other Than Full and Open Competition. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the RFP.
