- Solicitation Synopsis The Embassy of the United States in Guatemala will issue a solicitation for Janitorial Services. These requirements may change depending on funding availability in forth coming periods. The embassy estimates that 16,229 Sq. meters of janitorial services will be required annually. Anticipated performance is for one base period and four one-year periods at the option of the Government. Major duties and responsibilities are to obtain janitorial services for real property owned or managed by the U.S. Government at Guatemala. The Contractor shall perform janitorial services in all designated spaces including, but not limited to halls, offices, restrooms, work areas, entrance ways, lobbies, storage areas, elevators and stairways.
