- The General Services Administration (GSA) announces an opportunity for Facilities Maintenance Services in Public Buildings through a maintenance contract. THIS SOLICITATION IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE PER FAR 52.219-6 The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, repair parts, tools and equipment and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of all services described herein. The Contractor shall provide all services in accordance with the requirements of these specifications at the locations contained in the Statement of Work. •· Roosville LPOE (Land Port Of Entry), Eureka, Montana •· Mike Mansfield Federal Building/Courthouse, Butte, Montana •· Battin Federal Building Courthouse, Billings, Montana •· Missoula Federal Building, Missoula, Montana •· Billings Federal Building Courthouse (New Courthouse), Billings, Montana •· Raymond LPOE (Land Port Of Entry), Eureka, Montana •· Turner LPOE (Land Port Of Entry), Turner, Montana •· Bozeman Federal Building, Bozeman, Montana •· Border Patrol Sector Headquarters, Havre, Montana Opportunities: This procurement will be set aside for Small Business under FAR Subpart 19.508. The site visits are scheduled as follows : Monday, November 14th • 8:00AM Havre, MT Border Patrol Sector Headquarters • 9:30AM Turner POE • Overnight in Plentywood, Montana Tuesday, November 15 th • 9:00AM Raymond POE • Billings, Montana Wednesday, November 16th • 8:00AM New Courthouse Building 0800 • 10:00AM Battin FB/CH • 2:30PM Bozeman • Travel & overnight in Butt Thursday, November 17th • 8:00AM Mike Mansfield FB/CH • 1:00PM Missoula FB 1300 hours • Drive to Whitefish/Eureka Friday, November 18th • 9:00AM Roosville GSA intends to award a firm-fixed priced Contract based on the proposal that provides the best value to the government.
