- SYNOPSIS DESCRIPTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center, 4100 East Mississippi Avenue, Suite 900, Glendale, CO 80246 intends to solicit sources to enter into a firm-fixed price contract to provide bi-weekly pickup and document destruction services for the facilities within the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) Cheyenne, Wyoming. Services shall be for a one year base period with four one-year pre-priced option periods for renewal. Offeror is to provide all labor, personnel, equipment, supplies, secured vehicles, materials, supervision and other related services necessary to provide commercial document destruction services. Service is to be provided at the following locations: Cheyenne VA Medical Center 2360 East Pershing Blvd., Cheyenne, WY 82001; Jonah Building, VA Human Resources (HR) Department, 3001 E. Pershing Blvd., Cheyenne, WY 82001; VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC), 2509 Research Blvd. Ft. Collins, CO 80256; and VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC), 2001 70TH Ave., #200, Greeley, CO 80634. The solicitation package will be available for download on or about December 19, 2011. This solicitation is 100% set aside for Small Business. The applicable NAICS code is 561990 with a small business size standard of $7.0 million. The solicitation reference is VA-259-11-RP-0104 - Bi-weekly pickup and document destruction services and should be referenced in all correspondence/inquiries. All information for this solicitation will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at www.fbo.gov. No hard copies of the solicitation will be provided. Any amendments to this solicitation will be available at this website and offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to this solicitation at this website prior to the time of responding to the solicitation.
