- Sources Sought Uniform and Shop Towel Rental and Cleaning Scott Air Force Base, IL This is a request for information only. This is not a request for proposal and there is no solicitation package available at this time. The United States Air Force, 375 Contracting Squadron (LGCB), Scott Air Force Base, IL is seeking sources for service to rent and clean military coveralls, civilian mechanic uniforms, and shop towels. Scott Air Force Base is conducting market research to determine the availability of businesses capable of providing this service at Scott Air Force Base. Description of Services The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to accomplish the following: The contractor shall provide all material, transportation, labor and equipment required to accomplish the rental and cleaning of mechanic uniforms and shop towels for a one year period. These include military coveralls, civilian shirt and pants uniform, red shop towels, and white shop towels. Contract Type 375 Contracting Squadron is anticipating a firm fixed price contract.
