- ** The solicitation issue date changed to 12/14/11 ** This solicitation SPM4A6-12-R-0215 P.R. # IQC11312009059 for NSN 3110-00-585-1253 (Aircraft, Stratofortress B-52: Bearing, Roller, Airframe). Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. The only approved sources for this item is Rexnord Industries, (CAGE: 77896), and The Boeing Company (CAGE: 81205). Any manufacturer, other than Rexnord Industries, (CAGE: 77896), and The Boeing Company (CAGE: 81205), wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR). Information may be found via ht tp://www.dscr.dla.mil/sarguide.doc. This solicitation will result in an IQC for a base year and four option years with a minimum quantity of 30 each and a maximum quantity of 120 each. The required delivery schedule is 140 days ARO, FOB destination. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA DIBBS at http://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
