W911XK- 10-C-0026, OAKLAND COUNTY RED RUN CONSTRUCTION PROJECT 76281 DT013 Slope restoration using excess soils Upon visiting the construction site area, it was determined that the banks directly adjacent to the slope are not requiring additional soils. Multiple slope areas downstream of the construction site are experiencing erosion. The Contractor shall use the excess soils to create a straight transition from the toe to the top of the bank at the specified locations. The soil should then be compacted to the requirements of the specifications and covered with an erosion control blanket. The slopes will then have to be restored.
