- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-Mission Contracting Office, Fort Eustis, Virginia intends to award on a sole source basis, a contract to Heavy Engineering Industries and Shipbuilding Company (HEISCO) for Unprogrammed Pierside Support for the US Army Logistics Support Vessel (LSV-5), Stationed at Muhammad al-Ahmad Naval Base, Kuwait for the Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM), Watercraft Inspection Branch (WIB).
