- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Office of Acquisition and Relocation Management (FA) intends to award a sole source contract to Ultra Electronics - ProLogic for Cryptographic Accounting Records Distribution System (CARDS) Support Services including modifications, O&M support, training and testing support. Ultra Electronics - ProLogic owns Scytale, Inc., the creator of CARDS and is the only company approved to provide support for the system. The anticipated award will be a Time and Materials contract for a one-year period. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541511.
