- CROOKSTON RIVER BANK REPAIR: The project is located along the Red Lake River near the city of Crookston, MN. The work consists of, but is not limited to, clearing the existing (rip rap) rock in the channel, constructing a berm, installing sheet piling, and placement of riprap. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) Code is 237990 and the small business size standard (Heavy Engineering and Construction) is $33,500,000. The estimated price range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This action is 100% set-aside for firms that are Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concerns.
