- Word Version for comments PDF Version for comments (preferred - must have Adobe Pro) Please see the attached Draft SOW for Medicare and Medicaid Adjudication Services. The government is looking for questions and comments from industry to better refine and understand industry's capability to meet the government's requirement. When preparing your response, please comment on one of the two attached copies (Adobe is preferred). As part of your submission, please include a copy of the SOW with comments, and a separate submission with questions. Additionally, the government is trying to gain perspective on: 1. Awarding an IDIQ vs. awarding a Requirements type contract. Industry is encouraged to give input on these types. 2. The government would like to get a rough order of magnitude of what it might cost to keep an automated adjudication system of medicare claims up to date, as well as to figure out how long it will take to get that system up and running at the start of the contract. Please submit all questions/comments in writing. Questions by phone will not be answered.
