- DRAFT SECTION M—EVALUATION FACTORS FOR AWARD DRAFT SECTION L—INSTRUCTIONS, CONDITIONS, AND NOTICES TO OFFERORS Solicitation Number: Notice Type: HQ0147-11-R-0002 Amendment/14 Dec 2012 Synopsis: The purpose of this amendment is to provide "REVISED Drafts" of Sections L and M for HQ0147-11-R-0002, and to notify Offerors that "draft" Attachments for Section L are being posted in the Offerors' Library. Please provide comments by COB 22 December 2011 in order to ensure sufficient time to analyze comments/suggestions etc. before Final Release of the RFP. Necessary changes to the DRFP will be made by amendment and/or at final release of the RFP. The anticipated date for release of the final RFP is early CY2012. MDA will not directly send potential Offeror's the solicitation documents, notices or amendments. It is the interested Offeror's responsibility to periodically check this website for updates. Please be advised that all communications concerning this acquisition must be coordinated through the Procuring Contracting Officer, Ms. Carol C. Rivard, at Carol.Rivard@mda.mil, with a copy to ClearCompetition@mda.mil.
