- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis, services for analyzing test flight data, and the comparison of the new data to previously conducted test data which is owned exclusively by User Systems Incorporated, 2137 Defense Hwy STE 12C, Crofton, MD 21114-1323. Any firms believing that they can provide the services including the relevant previously conducted test data, and subject matter expertise equivalent or exceeding that of User Systems Incorporated, may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than the date posted on this notice. It must clearly show the firm ™s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the services with data without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
