- Another Set of Questions and Answers Questions and Answers The purpose of this amendment is to clarify the number of hours required and to attach all questions and comments received in response thereto. Statement of Work paragraph 2.a. is revised to reflect the following hours for each year. The Base year hours will be 10,052 personnel hours. The option year's personnel hours will be 11,840 hours. The supervisor position is 1900 hours for every year. Paragraph 2.a.(2) is clarified in that there are four escort positions required.
