- RFQ - Meat RFQ - Subsistence SF 1449 Cover letter This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. There are two separate RFQs attached for Subsistence and Meat, all under the same number: RFQP0417120007 The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-54. An NCIC Clearance will be run on all drivers and should be accomplished prior to delivery, otherwise the load can be refused. It is up to the contractor to ensure the transportation company is notified of this. Drivers can not have any pets or passengers and must have a valid driver's license. Drivers must be cleared and INSIDE of the rear gate by 1:00 pm. Receiving hours: 7:30 am - 1:00 pm. Appointments must be made in advance (734) 439-1511, ext 3323. No minimum order quantities or all or none exceptions will be accepted. No dented or rusted cans. Dented and rusted cans will be returned at the vendor's expense. Bids will be considered non-responsive if "exact" size oof items (lb, oz, cs, bags, etc.) are not quoted as requested. All items must ship within 30 days of notice of award/order date or order will be canceled and awarded to the next lowest bidder. Please see cover letter for additional information.
