- Sources Sought Notice Details This is a Sources Sought Notice for potential offerors to support the US Government Accountability Office (GAO) located in Washington, DC. This is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an Invitation for Bid (IFB) and does not serve to bind the U.S. Government in any way. Interested parties shall not be reimbursed for costs associated with preparation of their responses. GAO is conducting market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 to identify potential firms that have the skills, experience, knowledge, and capabilities required to perform the following potential requirement: Facilities, Maintenance and Repair Services (Daily Operations & Maintenance) for the US Government Accountability Office (GAO), a 1.9 million square foot office building located in Washington, DC. The potential contractor must be fully capable and experienced in management, operation, maintenance, and engineering of a property of this magnitude.
