- Description
- Design/Build an Army Reserve Center (ARC) consisting of an ARC training building, Organizational Maintenance Shop (OMS), unheated storage building, and organizational parking. The ARC shall provide administrative, educational, assembly, library, learning center, vault, weapons simulator, and physical fitness areas for six Army Reserve units or approximately 300 soldiers. The site is located in the N. Ft. Myers/Cape Coral, FL area. The buildings will be of permanent construction with reinforced concrete foundations, concrete floor slabs, mechanical systems, and electrical systems. Supporting facilities will include site preparation, paving, fencing, and extension of utilities to serve the project.
