- Description
- THIS IS A COMPETITIVE 8(a) SET ASIDE. The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) intends to issue a request for proposal (RFP) which will solicit proposals to implement development efforts that fully leverage current technologies and result in more efficient operations of business activities. This will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) task order contract with multiple awards to support the entire Agency. Task orders will be award on a fixed priced, labor hours, time and materials, cost plus fixed fee or cost plus award fee basis and require some or all of the following services: (1) Information Technology (IT) Systems Development, (2) IT Systems Analysis Services, (3) Automated Information Systems Design and Integration, (4) IT Independent Technical Review, (5) IT Data Conversion, (6) Strategic Information Technologies Planning, Program Assessment and Studies, and (7) Other IT Services. This is a new requirement and is a 100% 8(a) SET ASIDE. The anticipated period of performance is a 12-month base period and four (4) option periods (total 60 months). Offerors from concerns other than small businesses WILL NOT be considered. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541519 "Other Computer Related Services" and the small business size is $25M. The solicitation will be available at www.fbo.gov under the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), Office of Acquisition Management and Policy (OAMP). The solicitation (12-250-SOL-00025) will be posted on or about December 30, 2011 with a projected closing date of January 31, 2012.
