- To cover the cost of all labor and materials required to provide calibration and yearly maintenance of Instron testing equipment. Sole Source to Instron. Instron is the only source capable of providing these services since they are the original equipment manufacturer and have the required knowledge and equipment required to provide these services. All responsible sources may submit a capability stated and quotation which shall be considered by the agency. In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Certifications and Representations (ORCA) must be current. The project intends to follow the sustainable acquisition principles of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 23, as applicable. This solicitation will be issued electronicall, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. upon release of the solicitation, it will be available on the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) at https://acquisition.army.mil and will be listed dunder ACC-Warren (ACC-WRN (WVA) CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. it is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render your offer nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
