- Provide online access to Web of Science Database for the United States Army Corps of Engineers Electronic Library for desktop access for all employees from 01 January 2012 through 31 December 2012. This solicitation is a request for quote and is issued as an unrestricted procurement. NAICS code 519130 will apply. This requirement will be awarded to the lowest priced quote that can meet the requirements of the solicitation. The solicitation will be posted to the FedBizOpps website, www.fbo.gov on 16 December 2011. The date and time for receipt of quotes will be 22 December 2011 by 2:00 P.M. CST. It is the offerors responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps website for amendments to the solicitation. The resultant contract will be Firm Fixed Price. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. The solicitation will not be available in hard copy format. All documents required for the offer submittal, including amendments to the offer submittal, shall be submitted in hard copy or electronic submittal. No faxed quotes will be accepted.
