Description
Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) Acquisition and Procurement Office (A&PO) is looking for 8(a) Owned Small Businesses for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) supporting the DoD Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). The work to be acquired under this solicitation will be analytical, technical, administrative, and program support to enable effective utilization/execution of the small business program. The actual amount of work to be performed and the time of such performance will be determined by the Contracting Officer, who will issue written task orders to the Contractor. Award of task orders will be on a firm fixed price basis. Contract awarded under this solicitation will have a maximum/NTE amount of $49,000,000 and a minimum guarantee of $10,000. The Maximum for each task order will be $10,000,000. The geographic location where the work will be performed will be in Crystal City, Arlington, Alexandria and Rosslyn, VA and the Pentagon. Due to the sensitive nature of the work, contractors must be able to obtain a facility clearance. Offerors shall submit their proposals before the due date and time for this solicitation. The due date and time for proposals is January 19, 2012 at 10:00AM.
