- This is Modification #5 to the synopsis titled International Space Station CommonCommunications for Visiting Vehicles (C2V2) that was posted on October 14, 2011. The purpose of this modification is to alert prospective offerors that, due to changingprogrammatic requirements and the need to spend time researching the best way to reviseC2V2 specifications to meet these requirements, the posting of the C2V2 Final RFP will bedelayed until February 6, 2012. Please continue to monitor the C2V2 Website for updatesto the schedule and for revisions to the technical requirements documents in the C2V2Technical Libraries. The C2V2 Website can be found at:http://procurement.jsc.nasa.gov/issc2v2/ Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. Thesedocuments will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWWbrowser application.
