- Description
- Provide all labor, materials/supplies, transportation, fuel, and equipment to perform Fee Collection Services for the Fisherman's Corner Recreation Area, Hampton, Illinois. This solicitation is a request for proposal and is issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The following NAICS code 561110 will apply with the size standard of $7.0 Million. This work will be awarded as a best value contract. Evaluation factors for award shall be as follows: Past Performance and Price. The solicitation will be posted to the FedBizOpps website, www.fbo.gov on or about 16 December 2011. The date and time for receipt of proposals will be on 12 January 2011, 12:00 p.m. CST. It is the offerors responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps website for amendments to the solicitation. The resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract in accordance with the solicitation procedures outlined in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items/Services. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. The solicitation will not be available in paper format. All documents required for the offer submittal, including amendments to the offer submittal, shall be in hard copy or electronic submittal. No faxes will be accepted. If you are submitting your offer by mail or electronic, please ensure your offer has been received. If you will not be performing the work yourself, and will be hiring employees to perform the job, you will have to submit their information in accordance with FAR Clause 52.212-2, otherwise your proposal will not be considered.
