- The United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) hereby issues this notice of intent to sole source. The FDA intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price contract to Atlantic Services Group, Inc of 2131 K ST NW STE 200, WASHINGTON, DC 20037-1856 for the following on-site parking: 138 unreserved located at 1451 Rockville Pike, Rockville, Maryland. The NAICS code is 531120 - Lessors of Nonresidential Building (except miniwarehouses). This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; no solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, sources may submit descriptive literature, fully documenting their capability to perform the services stated above, within the timeframes needed, which will be considered by the agency. A determination to compete this procurement based on response(s) to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. It is anticipated that award will be issued to Atlantic Services Group, Inc within approximately fifteen (15) days after the date of this notice, unless the Government determines that any other organization has the capability to meet this requirement. All responses shall be received no later than 10:00 a.m. ET on Tuesday, December 27, 2011 to the attention of Jasmine Ventura at jasmine.ventura@fda.hhs.gov. The requirement is intended to be a sole source as Carr Properties the owners of the building located at 1451 Rockville Pike, Rockville Maryland, has a sub-contract for on-site parking with Atlantic Services Group, Inc.
