Description

Notice of Intent The National Park Service National Capital Region Division of Acquisition Management, intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to the Wolf Trap Foundation (a non-government non-profit entity), 1645 Trap Road, Vienna, VA 22182 for roof modifications not covered by insurance claim filed with The Travelers Companies, Inc. The work of the proposed procurement between the National Park Service and the Wolf Trap Foundation consists of providing funding for the remaining roof modifications that were not covered by insurance claim filed by the Wolf Trap foundation with The Travelers Companies, Inc. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1), and regulatory authority is FAR Subpart 6.302-1; only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 238160.
