- This pre-solicitation notice is for a Yellow Ribbon event in Providence/Warwick, RI. The requested services include meals, A/V Support, and conference space. The pending award will be a fixed price contract with a period of performance of Sunday, 8 Jan 2012. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 721110. Prospective Contractors must be on Central Contractor Register (CCR) and Online Representations & Certifications Application (ORCA). The solicitation will be posted on or about Friday, 16 December 2011 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil.
