- The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) intends to issue sole-source Communication Service Authorizations (CSA) to AT&T to continue the operation and maintenance of a communications network that allows UHF/AM radio equipment to provide two-way, half duplex, air-to-ground communications between aircraft and operator terminals located at the Pentagon and/or alternate location directly supporting the Air Force. The network is used for critical command and control communications between the Air Force Service Watch Cell (AFSWC) and alternate locations. It is the intent of the Government to lease the connectivity and equipment from AT&T Corporation via Communication Service Authorizations. The Government does not own any data pertaining to the design, integration, or operation of this network. This announcement is for information purposes only. Please note: DITCO will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. If you believe your business to be capable of satisfying the above requirement, please submit the below information to the points of contact listed within this notice. a. Company Information. DITCO is under no obligation to provide feedback to the company, or to contact the company for clarification of any information submitted in response to this request.
