- Project 568-12-102, Site Utility Improvements This project will install approximately 1330' of new 8" sanitary sewer, approximately 1240' of new 18" storm sewer, and approximately 1100' of new 6" water main at the VA Black Hills Medical Center, Fort Meade, SD. Work also includes necessary tie-ins, appurtenances and restoration work. Award of this project shall be in accordance with Public Law (PL) 109-461, the Veterans Benefits, Health Care and Information Technology Act of 2006. It is set-aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). All SDVOSBs must be registered in the Central Contractors Registry (CCR); http://www.ccr.gov, the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA); https://orca.bpn.gov as well as certified in the VetBiz Vendor Information Pages (VIP) database; www.VetBiz.gov, to be eligible for award. Technical and Cost proposals will be accepted form responsible and responsive contractors only. This project is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act.
