- A Contractors Networking and Teaming Forum hosted by the Contract Opportunities Center of El Paso Community College will be held January 17, 2012 from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Region 19 Education Service Center, in the Paso Del Norte Room, located at 6611 Boeing Drive in El Paso, Texas. The purpose of this event will be to learn about future U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' construction projects (including the replacement hospital at Fort Bliss) in the local area, begin relationships with prime contractors seeking to partner or team, and to meet prime contractors seeking qualified subcontractors.
