- 2012 AFSPC Industry Day FedBizOpps Announcement Headquarters Air Force Space Command (AFSPC) will host a one-day Unclassified Industry Day on 19 January 2012 at the Peterson Club, Peterson AFB, Colorado. The theme for Industry Day is "Generating innovative approaches to the nation's most pressing cyberspace and space-based capability needs". The purpose of this information exchange is to strengthen relationships through a better understanding of AFSPC areas of interest in both space and cyberspace mission areas. The Director of Requirements will present a briefing entitled "AFSPC Approach to Innovation - from Concept to Capability" and mission area Command Leads will present their significant program requirements. Command Leads will be available to answer questions following their presentations. Read ahead briefings will be available on or about 16 Jan 12. Briefings will be posted on FBO. No handouts will be provided at the event. Please limit participation to two individuals per company with the caveat all participants MUST be U.S. citizens. Additionally, participation will be limited to the first 280 to register. A snack and buffet lunch option is available for $20; please register using the registration link. Payment is required in advance. Pre-registration is required to reserve a seat and to ensure access to Peterson Air Force Base. To register, please fill out the registration form at https://einvitations.afit.edu/IndustryLeaders/rsvp.cfm no later than 12 January 2012. Dress for the event is business casual.
