- National Center for Agriculture Utilization & Research Scott Air Force Base Air National Guard Army Corps of Engineers SPE600-12-R-0400 Representations & Certifications Attachment IV - Subcontracting Plan Attachment III - Pricing Data Attachment II - Past Performance Attachment I - Technical Data Electricity and ancillary services for ultimate transfer to the Army Corps of Engineers, Air National Guard, Scott Air Force Base, and National Center for Agriculture Utilization and Research located in Illinois -149,456,019 kWh. Contract is anticipated for a 24-month delivery period (meter read May 2012 through meter read May 2014). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement and the document constitute the only solicitation. The solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP) and has incorporated provisions and clauses as in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-37. Additional requirements may be added by Amendment. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered.
