- DOL Wages Statement of Work RFQ Package SF-1449 Cover Letter Secure Access Program The United States Coast Guard Academy Secure Access Program is designed to enhance installation security and provide vendors, contractors and other agencies servicing the United States Coast Guard Academy buildings a method to quickly and securely access the facilities to conduct official business. This Program will provide a standarization of background checks, identification badges, and entry procedures for all new and existing vendors, contractors and other agencies servicing the United States Coast Guard Academy buildings to perform unclassified work. This Program is one of the several steps the CG Academy is taking to comply with Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD12). Participation in this Program will be strongly encouraged for all new and existing vendors and contractors.
