- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 13.105, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; request for proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Reference: N61340-12-T-1000, Office Cubicle System Partition Cleaning, Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53. This procurement is being solicited as a Small Business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 561740 with a size standard of $4.0 Million. This procurement will be awarded using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The government expects multiple sources to respond to the synopsis and a Firm Fixed Price Contract is anticipated. The anticipated award date is 1 February 2012. Requirements: The Government has a requirement for cleaning services to existing cubicle system partitions to present a clean, neat and professional appearance at the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Additional information below: -A required Pre-Proposal Site Visit will be held on 27 December 2011 only. Up to two (2) Representatives per Contractor are allowed access to the site visit. Contractors shall submit its personnel contact information to the Contract Specialist at Jennifer.Jewell@navy.mil no later than 21 December 2011 COB. Location: DeFlorez building, located at Naval Air Warfare Center, 12350 Research Parkway, Orlando Florida 32826. Performance Period: The contractor shall complete all work, waste disposal and cleanup within one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days from contract award effective date. PROPOSAL SUBMISSION Proposal shall be submitted as follows: 1.Contractor shall provide a written proposal in Microsoft Office Professional Word Document 2003 format, in accordance with the attached SOW. 2.Contractor shall provide the best service schedule with its proposal. 3.Contractors shall provide Representations and Certifications. If contractors are registered in ORCA, they shall submit supplemental information not provided in ORCA. All pre-award inquiries or requests for information (RFIs) shall be submitted no later than Close of Business (COB) on 4 January 2012 to Jennifer.Jewell@navy.mil or Tann.Perrault@navy.mil. Proposals shall be submitted no later than 10 January 2012 1500 EST to Jennifer.Jewell@navy.mil. It is mandatory to register with the Central Registration (CCR), http://www.ccr.gov/. Your DUNS number and CAGE code will be required to conduct business with the Department of Defense. Invoices shall be submitted through the D All responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if received in a timely manner, shall be considered by the agency.FAS website: www.wawf.eb.mil Evaluation Process: Award will be evaluated under FAR Part 12 & 13, and will be made in the form of a Commercial Firm Fixed Price Contract.
