- Contract Activities The Sacramento District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has an upcoming project titled, "Marysville Ring Levee, Phase 2 Elderberry Transplanting Project, Marysville-Yuba City Mitigation Area, Yuba County, CA." This is a performance-based contract for planting and establishment services at the Sacramento Systems Evaluation Mitigation Site, also referred to as the Marysville-Yuba City Mitigation Area or the Anderson Site Mitigation Area. The mitigation site is roughly six miles south of Marysville, CA. This solicitation will not be issued in a hard copy format. Interested parties should download the attached solicitation, W91238-09-Q-0275. All prospective vendors are required to register at the Central Contractor Registration website (www.ccr.gov). Evaluation of Award The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract to the Contractor's whose proposal is deemed to be the lowest price, technically capable offer. Site Visit An organized site visit is scheduled for 21Dec11 at 10:00 a.m. Interested Offerors are to meet at the corner of 1st and B Streets, Marysville, Ca. A Government Representative will lead the group to the mitigation area
