- This synopsis is being posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website located at http://www.fbo.gov, and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/. FBO is the primary point of entry to be used when access to synopses and solicitations from the World Wide Web is required. However, the NECO webpage serves as an alternative if the FBO website is unavailable. NAVSURFWARCENDIV Crane Division has the following requirements: 1.Evaluation of an SPS-49 Klystron Traveling Wave Tube (TWT) in accordance with a Statement of Work. Minimum 1, Maximum 125. 2.Minor repair of an SPS-49 Klystron TWT in accordance with a Statement of Work, Minimum 0, Maximum 25. 3.Major repair of an SPS-49 Klystron TWT in accordance with a Statement of Work, Minimum 0, Maximum 50. 4.Rebuild of an SPS-49 Klystron TWT in accordance with a Statement of Work, Minimum 0, Maximum 50. 5.FMS Evaluation of an SPS-49 Klystron Traveling Wave Tube (TWT) in accordance with a Statement of Work. Minimum 0, Maximum 25 6.FMS Minor repair of an SPS-49 Klystron TWT in accordance with a Statement of Work, Minimum 0, Maximum 25. 7.FMS Major repair of an SPS-49 Klystron TWT in accordance with a Statement of Work, Minimum 0, Maximum 25. 8.FMS Rebuild of an SPS-49 Klystron TWT in accordance with a Statement of Work, Minimum 0, Maximum 25. The Government anticipates award of a non-commercial, firm fixed price, 5 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract. Delivery is anticipated to be within 180 days for each CLIN after award of each order. The SPS-49 Klystron TWT ™s are determined non-commercial items. FAR Part 12 will be utilized for this procurement action. Delivery will be FOB Destination, NSWC Crane Division, Crane, IN 47522. Inspection and acceptance is at Source. Solicitation N00164-12-R-GR22 will be issued on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to Communications and Power Industries Inc, 811 Hansen Way, Palo Alto, CA. The specifications are limited distribution (Distribution D) and will not be made available unless approval is granted. Interested contractors must be registered in CCR and the Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to receive access. Information about the JCP is located at http://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp. The solicitation will not be available for download but may be made available upon request. Offers must be submitted in the format specified within the solicitation to be considered. It is the responsibility of offerors to request a copy of the solicitation and to submit offers to the POC at NSWC Crane to be considered. Closing date will be on or about 3 February 2012.
