- Description
- The United States Government intends to evaluate the renewal of a lease, with the Lessor of Centro Europa Building, 1492 Ponce De Leon Ave., Santurce, PR 00907-4015, which occupies 1,107 rentable square feet (RSF) yielding 945 ANISI-BOMA office area square feet (ABOASF), to extend the term for an additional five years to May31, 2016. This is not an invitation for a proposal. The Government will use the information it receives in response to this advertisement as a basis to develop a cost-benefit analysis and to determine whether to complete the lease requirement and pursue a sole source justification to remain at its current location. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency overtime.
