- The presolicitation notice is modified as follows: The due date for the Application package (to include the SF-330s) is changed from January 10, 2012 to January 5, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. EST. This is due to any error in the last Modification that moved it to January 10th. That Modification should have said January 5, 2012. In addition, the fourth paragraph from the end of the presolicitation notice is changed as follows: The last sentence is changed to read, "The final selection of highly qualified firms will be based on the combined total rating of the written SF330s and the oral presentation interview which the oral presentation is more important than the SF330."
