- THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. THIS SYNOPSIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. A Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for RCRA Hazardous, State Regulated, PCBs, CGCs and Non-Hazardous Waste Transportation and Disposal under the DLA Disposition Services Fort Riley/Offutt AFB/Minot AFB/Ellsworth AFB offices which covers a 6 state area (Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, North Dakota & South Dakota) with approximately 191 pickup locations, including large installations and small National Guard and military reserve installations. The scope of work includes all management, supervision, labor, engineering services, tools, materials, equipment, supplies, facilities, and transportation necessary to perform the required services including, but not limited to the following: Polychlorinated Biphenyl transformer and capacitor disposal and other PCB contaminated waste; Compressed Gas Cylinders. The 18 month base period and two 18 month option periods will be evaluated prior to award.
