- Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Keyport is issuing a solicitation for the following commercial services: This procurement is for the pick-up, transportation, and disposal of MK50 lithium boilers in support of Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC), Division Keyport. A full statement of work is contained in the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ). Offers will be evaluated according to the criteria in the solicitation; in this case, selection of the contractor is to be based on technically acceptable and past performance acceptable determinations, and low price. The solicitation number for this requirement is N00253-11-T-0320. It is anticipated that the resultant contract will be firm-fixed price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity type contract. The anticipated award will be for a base requirement and four (4), one (1) year option periods. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 562211 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The procurement will be solicited under full & open competition. All work will be performed at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Keyport, 610 Dowell Street, Keyport WA 98345 unless otherwise specified within the solicitation. The closing date of the RFQ will be 11 January 2012 at 9:00 A.M. Pacific Time, unless a later date is specified. The RFQ will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link at https://www.neco.navy.mil and will also be available for download at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ from these websites and to frequently monitor the sites for any amendments to the RFQ. A bidders list will not be maintained by this office, no telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same.
