- THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE WILL BE ADVERTISED AS A NONCOMPETITIVE SOLE SOURCE SOLICITATION. As provided under FAR 6.302-1, this project will be solicited on a noncompetitive basis as "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements". Project Description: The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation),Parker Dam has a requirement for the purchase of additional IFIX licenses/keys. GE is the sole manufacturer and authorizes the reselling, distribution, maintenance and support of HMI/SCADA software to Technical Market Manufacturing Inc. (TMMI). The Government intends to solicit this requirement on a non-competitive basis. This notice is being provided for informational purposes only. Award is anticipated in December 30, 2011. Anticipated delivery date is April 1, 2012. The resulting purchase order will be a firm fixed price type. All responsible sources are welcome to submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation. Received submittals will be reviewed and considered by Reclamation when planning solicitations for future requirements.
