- Notice of Intent: The Executive Office of the President, Office of Administration, Procurement and Contract Management Division indends to award a sole source contract to Bloomberg Finance L.P., New York, N.Y. 10022, for a web-based subscription to Bloomberg Government. Bloomberg Government is an on-line subscription that supplies information related to government and its impact on business - providing data, news, analysis and reports on legislative & regulatory coverage, inside government, government spending and industry information. The subscription is for a base year and four (4) one-year options. The Bloomberg Government is proprietary, and are protected by copyrights and exclusive distribution rights.
