- Solicitation package. The USCIS Chicago District Office, Chicago Asylum Office and Milwaukee Field Office locations within the midwest region of the U.S. require sign language interpretation support on an ad hoc basis. See the attached solicitation package document that contains BPA terms, the Statement of Work, Clauses and Provisions, instructions to offerors and evaluation criteria.
