Description

Statement of Requirements Purpose is to rent off- site storage space for the Marion VA Medical Center Mass Casualty Pharmacy Cache; Decontamination Truck and Police Trailer and miscellaneous equipment. Space must meet the following criteria due to contents: 1.Be approximately 8,400 sf. 2.Be located within one mile radius of Marion VA Medical Center, 2401 West Main St., Marion, Illinois. 3.Be climate controlled. 4.Have electricity with 2 dedicated 50 amp circuits for forklift charging stations. 5.Be well lighted. 6.Customer must have 24hr access at all time. 7.Be secured. 8.Have internal water supply. 9.Have 14' high access doors (at least 2) that open electrically and remotely to accommodate a semi trailer. 10.Paved access drive to doors. Acceptance Criteria, In addition to the above requirements the warehouseman or equipment manager will do a site visit to determine if the space is acceptable prior to contract award. To submit quote for a location for inspection, contact this office by January 18, 2012.
