- Background: The electric power generation plant at Kirkuk, Iraq urgently requires spare parts to continue operation. The power plant contains 11 GE/F5 Gas Turbines and 6 GE/F6 Gas Turbines. Location: All materials under this contract must be delivered to Mullah Abdullah Power Plant in Kirkuk, Iraq. Grid locations will be included in the RFQ. Period of Performance: The Contractor shall provide all items delivered on site not later than 150 days after award of contract. This includes approximately 60 days customs processing time in Iraq. The list of approximately 33 spare parts for the 11 GE/F5 Gas Turbines and 6 GE/F6 Gas Turbines will be included as Contract Line Items (CLINs) in the RFQ. A Brand Name Justification will be posted with this requirement. Any firm interested in submitting a quote for these items must provide contact information to Mr. Jason J.
