- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Missouri National Guard has a requirement for a Couple Strong Bonds Retreat for 20-22 January, 2012 to be held either in the Branson or the Lake of Qzarks area in Missouri. Property must rate as 3 or 4 STAR Hotel, Retreat or Resort for this event. 94 attendess including staff (45 couples). 49 Rooms, two (2) Meeting Rooms, Snacks and Meals will also be needed for this event.
