- Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source 16 DEC 2011 The Office of Naval Research (ONR) intends to issue a Cost Plus Fixed Fee award to a single source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements, on or about 12 January 2011 to Marine Acoustics, Inc under Contract Number N00014-04-D-0576/0003. The period of performance will be three months with three additional one-month options. The prospective contractor shall provide support for ONR Littoral Warfare Advanced Future Naval Capabilities (FNC) projects during the Littoral Warfare Advanced Development (LWAD) as-sea field testing and demonstration program. This work scope includes research and development testing, measurement, and analysis for major experiments in oceanic areas.
