- Questionnaire Kilograms This is a Presolicitation Notice and not a Request for Proposal (RFP). A solicitation is not being issued at this time and this notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, nor does it restrict the Government to a paritcular acquisition approach. The referenced sources sought synopsis FA5613-10-MAILDISTRSVC posted on 27 October 2010 for Air mail Handling and Distribution Services describes the sorting and loading/unloading of delivery trucks, receiving from and dispatching mail to air carriers to include registered/accountable mail. The answers provided in the attached questionnaire will allow the Governement to refine the acquisition strategy. Responses are required by 27 December 2011 at 1000 hrs - Central European Time.
