- Pre-solicitation notice for Tachometer Repair The Government intends to issue a sole source, firm fixed price, requirements contract with a base and three option years for the evaluation, repair and re-magnetization of tachometers to Axsys Technologies Inc, 7603 Saint Andrews Avenue, Suite H, San Diego, CA 92154-8216, CAGE 10112. The Government does not possess the technical data package (TDP) required to repair and re-magnetize the tachometers. The TDP is proprietary to the original manufacturer of the tachometers (Axsys Technologies). All interested sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by this agency. The FOB point is Letterkenny Army Depot (destination). Solicitation W911N2-12-R-0009 date: O/A 22 December 2011, Closing date: O/A 13 January 2012. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date.
