- The Bureau of Land Management, Medford District Office requires the labor, materials, and supplies to improve two boat ramps at the Hyatt Lake Recreation Area. Work includes removing and replacing the concrete launch ramp and floating dock system at one ramp, and removing and replacing the existing concrete launch ramp and modifying the existing floating dock system at the second ramp. Work also includes reconfiguring and paving a parking area with asphalt concrete pavement. Project price range is between $250,000 to $500,000. NAICS: 237990. Project site is located at the Main Campground and Mountain View ramps, on Hyatt Lake, in Jackson County, Oregon. Estimated start work date is 10 days after the date of the award through October 31, 2012. Bonds are required - Bid Bond: 20%; Performance Bond: 100%; and Payment Bond: 100%. This solicitation will be posted electronically at www.fedconnect.net. Paper copies are no longer available. Estimated solicitation issue date is January 12, 2012.
